As a standard, we package the goods from your order discreetly into cardboard box(es), or, in case of smaller package, into sealed plastic bag(s).
It is not possible to determine the content of a parcel, nor the web address of the e-shop where you shopped. Parcels are sent on behalf of e-shop operator as stated in Contacts.
Having said that, we also understand that different customers can have different preferences. Drop us a note if you feel a little adventurous and would like us to pack not-so-discreetly, for instance, wrapped only in transparent foil.

Shipping time is one to two working day for neighbor countries, such as Slovakia, Czech republic, Hungary, Poland. For other countries shipping time may get slightly longer.
If we receive the order by 2pm and all is on stock, it is usually shipped the same day, so you can expect your package arriving the next working day.
Once we send your order, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number, and you can track the parcel on selected carrier’s portal.
For Bratislava, we offer a personal pickup, pending prior agreement on date and place. No cash payment though.
